Hi, I'm Teresa, founder of Blissful Balance Yoga. My journey with yoga began as a way to improve physical health, but I quickly discovered that yoga offers so much more than movement. Through breath, mindfulness, and self-awareness, I found greater balance, resilience, and peace in everyday life. That experience inspired me to create Blissful Balance Yoga—a welcoming space where people of all ages and abilities can explore practices that support the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
Whether you're joining a chair yoga class, attending a mindful movement session, or simply seeking ways to reduce stress and feel more connected, my goal is to help you discover tools that support your well-being both on and beyond the mat.
