They are a great way to meet like-minded

yogis and experience unique yogic

practices and postures.

 

Workshops are a unique collaboration of either energising vinyasa yoga or calming yin yoga with soothing sound healing from 7 quartz crystal sound bowls  and effective meditation techniques.

 

Each workshop is designed to suit the experience level of each participating yogi and is a fantastic way to encourage corporate team bonding or simply enjoy a relaxing new experience with

your friends and family.
