Lauren is a qualified CrossFit Level 1 coach and is currently completely her Certificates in fitness.
She is incredibly passionate about improving athletic performance through yoga by
using conscious movement and diverse stretches to prevent sporting injuries, correct Olympic lifting and body building
techniques, increasing flexibility and boosting recovery time.
